Seacliff Park
In January 2025, the Commission received a publicly initiated proposal to move the council boundary between City of Holdfast Bay and City of Marion.
The proposal seeks to realign the existing boundary between City of Holdfast Bay and City of Marion in the area of Seacliff Park. The current council boundary divides the allotment that will accommodate a proposed shopping centre as part of the Seacliff Village development. The boundary is proposed to be moved north to the centreline of Scholefield Road to fully locate the proposed shopping centre within the City of Marion.
