In June 2019, City of Burnside and Adelaide Hills Council submitted a proposal (Stage 1) to the Commission for support for an administrative boundary change.
Campbelltown City Council
In December 2019, Campbelltown City Council submitted a potential proposal (Stage 1) to the Commission in relation to a boundary realignment between Campbelltown City Council and Adelaide Hills Council.
Town of Gawler
In December 2019, the Town of Gawler made a proposal to the Commission to shift council boundaries to include areas within the Light Regional Council, The Barossa Council and the City of Playford.
Seacliff Park
In January 2025, the Commission received a publicly initiated proposal to move the council boundary between City of Holdfast Bay and City of Marion.
City of Playford/Town of Gawler - Dalkeith Road
In June 2024, the City of Playford and the Town of Gawler submitted a Stage 1 potential proposal to the Commission for support for an administrative boundary change at Dalkeith Road.
Truro
In October 2024, the Commission received a publicly initiated Stage 1 potential proposal to move the council boundary between The Barossa Council and the Mid-Murray Council.

In May 2020, Light Regional Council submitted a potential boundary change proposal (stage 1) to the Commission. This proposal relates to a boundary change between Light Regional Council, The Barossa Council, The Town of Gawler, and the City of Playford.
City of Marion
In September 2021, City of Marion submitted a Boundary Change Potential Proposal (Stage 1) to the Local Government Boundaries Commission for a Boundary change within areas of City of Holdfast Bay.
Tickera Township
In September 2019, the Commission received a publicly initiated proposal to move the council boundary between the Copper Coast Council and the Barunga West Council in the area of Tickera.
