Asbestos Management

We provide asbestos advice to South Australian Government agencies. Our advice is according to:

  • relevant Australian and state legislation
  • our state government policies and procedures.

We work closely with Australian and state regulatory authorities on asbestos management issues.

We also administer the Treasury Asbestos Removal Fund. The fund aims to remove asbestos in government buildings.

  • South Australian Asbestos Action Plan, including mandatory requirements and reporting
