SA Jetties Renewal Program

The SA Jetties Renewal Program:

• provides funding to support local governments to repair or upgrade a divested jetty
• helps ensure ongoing public access to jetties, which provide economic, social and environmental benefits for communities.

The State Government commits up to $5 million each year.

Who is eligible

To be eligible for funding, South Australian councils must:

• have one or more divested jetty
• co-contribute funding to the jetty renewal project
• agree to continue to maintain the jetty for a minimum period of 15 years post completion of the project.
