The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) advises that the Port River Expressway Bridge, also known as the Tom ‘Diver’ Derrick Bridge, will be temporarily closed for maintenance works from 9am Saturday 12 May to 9pm Tuesday 15 May 2018.
Detours will be in place for all traffic, including heavy vehicles.
Signage will be in place to advise road users of changed traffic conditions and road users are asked to use extra caution when workers are on site. Traffic and speed restriction will apply in the vicinity of the works.
