Port Adelaide and Naracoorte Service SA centres closed due to COVID-19

Service SA customers are advised that customer service centres at Nile Street, Port Adelaide and Butler Terrace, Naracoorte, will be closed this week due to the impacts of COVID-19 on staffing levels at these centres.

The Butler Terrace, Naracoorte customer service centre will re-open on Monday 17 January and the Nile Street, Port Adelaide centre on Tuesday 18 January 2022, subject to any further COVID-19 impacts on staff availability.

Customers are reminded that many Service SA services can easily be completed online at www.service.sa.gov.au.

If you do need to visit in person, the nearest customer service centres to Port Adelaide are Regency Park and Prospect. For Naracoorte customers, the nearest centre is in Mount Gambier.

A further update will be provided later this week. Service SA apologises for any inconvenience to customers.
