HARBORS AND NAVIGATION ACT 1993
SOUTH AUSTRALIA - SPENCER GULF - PORT PIRIE - MOUNT FERGUSON - LIGHT CHARACTERISTICS ALTERED
Mariners are advised that the characteristics of the Mount Ferguson light at approximate position 33°6’16.12”S 138°1’42.85”E have been altered.
The light has been changed from fixed yellow to two fixed blue lights still mounted at an elevation of 44 metres and still with a range of 8 nautical miles.
The light has been aligned in a bearing of 134.5°T to the Port Pirie Entrance Beacon and has a 15° sector arc (ie 7.5° either side of the line).
