Temporary closure of the Purnong Ferry
Monday, 4 November 2019
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) advises there will be a temporary closure of the Purnong Ferry service from 10am to 2pm on Thursday, 7 November (weather permitting).
The disruption is to test paint and inspect the hull and deck.
Alternative crossings will be: Walker Flat Ferry (upstream) and Mannum Downstream Ferry (downstream).
DPTI thanks ferry users for their patience.
