Plan your Easter travel
Thursday, 18 April 2019
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) is encouraging South Australians to plan their travel ahead of time in the lead up to the Easter long weekend.
DPTI urges motorists to be patient on our roads, keep to the speed limit, and take regular, planned breaks if driving long distances.
Motorists should allow plenty of time for their journeys and drive to the conditions of the roads and traffic.
We ask drivers to consider the safety of all road users by not driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The Easter weekend is a great opportunity to get out and about, and the Department wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable break.
