About the project

This upgrade will:

• make it easier to travel between the western suburbs and the city
• improve access to major shopping and sporting precincts at Mile End.

The project is part of the $850 million package of broader network upgrades, funded by the Australian and South Australian governments as part of the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) project.
