We are doing a number of upgrades and improvements on and near Kangaroo Island.

Kangaroo Island is known for its nature-based tourism. Key infrastructure upgrades on and around Kangaroo Island are critical to driving economic success and increasing connectivity, creating new opportunities for tourism and fostering sustainable growth on the island.

Cape Jervis and Kangaroo Island Ports Upgrade
We’re upgrading the Penneshaw and Cape Jervis ports, making trips to and from Kangaroo Island quicker and safer.

We are undertaking a transport study for the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island to inform future transport planning and investment in the region.
