COVID-19 Industry Information
Please note the easing of Close Contact restrictions
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport previously supported the requirements for critical/essential workers to safely return to work during a quarantine period who work in the following sectors (airports, freight/logistics, civil construction, critical maintenance on critical government infrastructure). This requirement is no longer applicable.
SA Health (lead agency) has updated restrictions in relation to Close Contacts. It is no longer necessary for Industry to provide Risk Assessments to DIT for Close Contact Critical Workers. Please follow SA Health Close Contact guidelines.
If you have a query relating to an Essential Worker, please email
DIT.OutbreakResponseCoordinator@sa.gov.au.
