Building Project Information Management System

The Building Project Information Management System (BPIMS) is an online tool. It helps collect, organise and manage project information consistently. It supports collaboration by giving teams project information in real time.

BPIMS also supports government policies and best practices for:

• delivering major building projects
• managing building assets.

It helps us to communicate and share knowledge with other government agencies and the building industry.

When to use BPIMS

Prequalified head contractors or subcontractors who are working on our building projects can use BPIMS to:

• track their project
• manage their project
• search the project management library for guide notes and templates.

Access the system

Existing users can access the Building Project Information Management System (BPIMS).

New users need to first complete the BPIMS new user access form.
