KEY FACTS:

101 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2009, compared with 80 during 2008.

7 people have been killed to date in OCTOBER 2009.

7 fatalities were males and none were female.

6 were motorcycle riders and 1 was a vehicle occupant.

To date in OCTOBER 2009, there were 3 fatalities in the country and 4 in Adelaide.

Of the 7 fatal crashes to date in OCTOBER 2009, 3 involved a single vehicle and 4 involved more than one vehicle.
All 7 crashes involved a single fatality.

The utility_van fatal crash involved Utility_Van/Motorcycle.
The 6 motorcycle fatal crashes involved Motorcycle/Sign Post, Car Sedan/Motorcycle, Utility_Van/Motorcycle, Motorcycle/Tree, Car Sedan/Motorcycle, Car Sedan/Motorcycle.
