60 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2014, compared with 73 during 2013.

8 people have been killed to date in AUGUST 2014.

5 fatalities were males and 3 were females.

All 8 were vehicle occupant.

To date in AUGUST 2014, there were 6 fatalities in the country and 2 in Adelaide.

Of the 6 fatal crashes to date in AUGUST 2014, none involved a single vehicle and 6 involved more than one vehicle.
4 crashes involved a single fatality and 2 involved multiple fatalities.

The 2 heavy vehicle fatal crashes involved Utility_Van/Bdouble, Car Sedan/Car Sedan/Station Wagon/Truck/Other Fixed.
