ROAD FATALITIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

KEY FACTS:

94 people have been killed on South Australian roads to date during 2012, compared with 103 during 2011.

11 people have been killed to date in DECEMBER 2012.

9 fatalities were males and 2 were females.

8 were vehicle occupants, 2 were motorcycle riders and 1 was a pedestrian.

To date in DECEMBER 2012, there were 8 fatalities in the country and 3 in Adelaide.

Of the 11 fatal crashes to date in DECEMBER 2012, 6 involved a single vehicle and 5 involved more than one vehicle.
All 11 crashes involved a single fatality.

The 2 heavy vehicle fatal crashes involved Car Sedan/Truck, Car Sedan/Utility_Van/Truck.

The utility_van fatal crash involved Car Sedan/Utility_Van/Truck.

The 2 motorcycle fatal crashes involved Motorcycle/Motorcycle, Motorcycle/Tree.
