ROAD CRASH SERIOUS INJURIES IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

KEY FACTS:

639 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2014, compared with 722 during 2013.

60 people have been seriously injured in NOVEMBER 2014.

39 serious injuries were males and 21 were females.

38 were vehicle occupants, 9 were motorcycle riders, 7 were cyclists, 5 were pedestrians.

In NOVEMBER 2014, there were 25 serious injuries in the country and 35 in Adelaide.

Of the 50 serious injury crashes in NOVEMBER 2014, 30 involved a single vehicle and 19 involved more than one vehicle.
45 crashes involved a single serious injury and 5 involved multiple serious injuries.
