KEY FACTS:
  • 330 people have been seriously injured on South Australian roads during 2018, compared with 399 during 2017.


  • 44 people have been seriously injured in JULY 2018.


  • 25 serious injuries were males and 19 were females.


  • 27 were vehicle occupants, 8 were motorcycle riders, 5 were pedestrians and 4 were cyclists.


  • In JULY 2018, there were 18 serious injuries in the country and 26 in Adelaide.


  • Of the 35 serious injury crashes in JULY 2018, 22 involved a single vehicle and 13 involved more than one vehicle.

  • 26 crashes involved a single serious injury and 9 involved multiple serious injuries.
